Colors. Debbie H. Dear Jenny much info to take in but have done a test run and enjoyed it. I have bought some cheap paints and quite pleased with the result. Just one question if I use a base paint of house paint in white can I also use this mixed with different acrylics in the main pour.

 I have used both together but do a test first by mixing into a small container if there is an eruption of separation then do not use.

 K J . Hello, I have tried to use silicone in one color and ended up with some very large cells. How do I get lots of smaller cells.

 Good question. When adding silicone  for large cells just stir twice for smaller cells stir a little more. The more you stir the more cells you should get. It also depends on how many drops you put in but do not over do this.

Debbie H. High , I have done as you suggested  and my base paint was good to mix with others. I wonder if I can come along for  lessons. I am well into this form of painting but need to expand into developing more styles. Watched a lot of You Tube and it is quite exciting to see different forms for this.

I  had a feeling you would do well. Considering you said you never looked at a canvas or paint as a hobby. Sorry for cancelling my last lesson due to returning to UK. Now back and wish to book another lesson. One question, while in the UK I bought a few tubes of paint but it seems some of them are Gauche. Can they be used with Acrylics.

Hi!  Happy you are still giving lessons. I need a top up as my cells have vanished. Seriously, I am frustrated but need a revue on what I am doing wrong.  I have changed paints and silicone so hopefully you can give me a date as I know you only have 2 persons at each class.
